In my NHS practice in Reading, Newbury and Oxford, and my private practice, based in Dunedin Hospital, Reading, I provide a specialist anterior segment ophthalmology service. The anterior segment includes the eyelid margin, conjunctiva, cornea and lens – a healthy anterior segment is essential to good vision and ocular comfort.

I hope in this website to answer questions relating to anterior segment diagnoses and treatments, and explain some of the surgical procedures available to treat ophthalmic disease. Information sheets can be printed out for ease of reference.
